JAMMU, June 3: Addressing a press conference in Jammu Professor Bhim Singh, Chairman, J&K National Panthers Party and Member, NIC declared that he shall launch reorganization march (Punargathan Yatra) from Chhamb (Palanwala) to Samba in the border districts of Jammu and Samba from June 4 to June 8, in spite of wrath of mercury, dust and heat to create awareness among the people of J&K and rest of the country in support of Reorganization of J&K on the basis of the regional identity of Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu.
The Panthers Party chief said that Panthers Party Agenda-2011 stands for re-organization so that there are three separate assemblies for each region with separation of powers, legislative, political and financial. The Panthers Party chief said that all the issues connecting with autonomy, self-rule, Azadi, Article 370 shall be addressed by the reorganization which is the only solution to end unnatural and heterogeneous unity of J&K.
He said that core group of Heart to Heart talks met last month in Dubai which was presided over Sardar Mohammad Abdul Qayyum Khan, former president of POK and attended by Sardar Attique Khan, Prime Minister of POK, Yasin Chaudhary, vice president, PPP, Mohammad Tahin of PPP and some other notables from POK.
The meetings were convened by Prof. Bhim Singh its Convenor. After his return Prof. Bhim Singh appealed Dr. Manmohan Singh, the Prime Minister of India to allow cross-border movement between J&K and POK with valid passports issued by the respective countries.
The permanent residents of J&K should be exempted from visa restrictions to visit either side of J&K. This, he, said is the only first step to make LoC (Line of Conflict) irrelevant which is the wish of Dr. Manmohan Singh.
The Panthers Party Chief told media persons that Pakistan has failed to state and it must be rescued from falling into the hands of terrorists using Anglo-American weapons and money.
He said that if Pak-Army fails to take over Pakistan and demolish terrorist groups in Pakistan within two weeks, Pakistan they fall into the hands of terrorist groups under the control of Al-Qaeda and Talibans which shall endanger the security of the neighbouring countries including India.
Prof. Bhim Singh commenting on campaign against corruption said authoritatively that laws, constitutions and rules shall not end corruption and nepotism in the country. He said that there is need of a cultural revolution, Ultimate Revolution, in the country because the next revolution should be brought by clean men should as justice flows to every door.
He said that new generation of India shall succeed to demolish corruption, communalism and criminalization in political and social life so that the corrupt shall disappear.
