| Workshop on “Web Based Software for SDI Scheme” held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, June 3:
A two day workshop on “Web Based Software for SDI Scheme” was inaugurated by Saurabh Bhagat, Director, and Technical Education in Women ITI Srinagar yesterday. The workshop was conducted by the Technical Education Department in collaboration with Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment New Delhi & Hewlett-Packard India Limited. Officers from DGE&T, Madhu Nair Joint Director (SDI) and Aeek Singh, Assistant Director also interacted in the workshop.
The workshop was organized to train the end users on the new software developed for the purpose by MOL&E Government of India, for online registration of Vocational Training Providers, Results of Trainees, Verification of Certificates & all other activities related to Modular Courses under “Skill Development Initiative” (SDI) Scheme.
