| Mahayajnya of Jagadguru Bhagvaan Gopinath performed | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 3:
The annual Mahayajnya of Jagadguru Bhagvaan Gopinath was performed across the country and abroad today corresponding to lunar calendar date of "Zyesht Zoon Pach Doi" with utmost devotion, gaiety and fervour for the universal peace and brotherhood.
At Jammu, it was performed at Bhagavaan Gopinathji Ashram at Udaiwala, Bohri. The Mahayajnya started at 9 p.m. on Thursday and culminated with Puran-Aahuti this afternoon followed by Prasad-Vitran.
Thousands of devotees thronged the Ashram from early morning to pay their obeisance at the Lotus feet of Guru Maharaj.
Elaborate arrangements were made by the Trust in advance for smooth and successful conduct of the Mahayajnya. Hundreds of Devotees including children, young students and ladies rendered their services at different counters viz distribution of Prasad, safe custody of shoes, refreshment including fruits, lemon water and hassle free movement of the devotees. Bhajan and Kirtan continued for the whole day creating an atmosphere of bliss and Ananda. The Samohik evening Aarti marked the culmination of the days proceedings.
The other major centres where the Mahayajnya was simultaneously performed include Ashrams at Kharyar, Srinagar, Amritsar (Pamposh Enclave, New Delhi, Vikaspuri, West Delhi, Vaishali Ghaziabad, U.P, Chembur, Kandivilli Mumbai and Kashmiri Bhawan Pune and Satsang Mandals across the globe.
