IDP demands justified solution for Kashmir dispute | | | Early Times report KATHUA, June 4: International Democratic Party (IDP) urged for a peaceful and justified solution for Kashmir dispute and submitted a memorandum to Kashmir committee headed by jurist Ram Jeth Malani at Srinagar during a visit to meet the separatist leaders in Srinagar. A deputation led by state president of IDP, I D Khajuria to presented their urge for the genuine solution of J&K vexed problem before the committee. Khajuria said that Jammu and Kashmir has been facing a serious threat of devastation due to militancy, insurgency and several social ills. “Kashmir issue has become trilateral problem so its solution can only come out through peaceful means” said Khajuria. He further said that the residents of both the sides of Line of Control should be given the opportunity to decide their future. He said that all the progressive and genuine organizations of all three regions J&K, Pakistan and India should be considered by making a democratic peaceful atmosphere. “Solution of J&K is not far away if the union government and all the political groups take serious and effective initiatives in order to solve the acceptable solution for Kashmir issue” Khajuria added. The IDP also submitted their worries about the use of this dispute by the J&K power politics as weapon to plunder huge money as funds from the centre.
