| Jammu to host National level wrestling championships | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 4:
All India 30th male junior national wrestkling championship and 13th female junior wrestling national championship is to be held here from June June 17 to 19.
During the tournament around 600 wrestlers in the age group of 18to 20 years and more than 200 officials/coaches/ referees/ judges and technicians are expected to participate.
After being elected as President of Wrestling Federation of India Dushyant Sharma that this kind of tournament of National level is being organized in the home state.
Union Sports Minister Ajay Maken will inaugurate the tournament.
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is likely to be the Chief Guest on the closing ceremony at Gymnasium hall, University of Jammu.
Kuldeep Khoda as the President of J&K’s Wrestling Association has formed several committees for the smooth conduct of the tournament.
