| Suri awarded Shiksha Rattan Puraskar | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Jun 6: Renowned educationist and academician of Udhampur P.L Suri has been honoured with “Shiksha Rattan Puraskar and Certificate of Excellence” award by Indian International Friendship Society
Suri was given the award at function in New Delhi. As many as seventy awardees from across India who participated in the seminar on the topic “Role of Education in Modern India” were present at the function.
Suri, the only participant from J&K State, received the award from His Excellency Governor of Arunchal Pardesh General J.J Singh for his meritorious services, outstanding performances and remarkable role in the field of education.
Suri is a renowned educationist having served education department with devotion and dedication for thirty four years in various capacities and retired as Chief Education Officer. Presently he is working as academic advisor in Bhartiya College of Education Udhampur. |
