| Bakaya chairs Ethics Committee meeting | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, JUNE 6:
An introductory meeting of Ethics Committee (EC) of Legislative Council was held under the chairmanship, MLC Mr. Vijay Bakaya here today.
Threadbare discussion was held on the working of the committee and the Chairman directed the concerned to ensure result oriented functioning of the committee. Mr. Bakaya asked the members to give their suggestions for drafting rules of ethics committee.
Legislators, Haji Ali Mohammad Bhat, Subash Chander Gupta and Mr. Dharmbeer Sing Oberei gave their valuable suggestions for drafting the rules of Ethics Committee.
Among others, Secretary LC Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Mir and other concerned officers of Council Secretariat attend the meeting.
