Govt. College for Women, Parade will organize two-day National Seminar on “Enhancing Education Opportunities for Economic Empowerment of Women”, as it was disclosed by Prof. Indra S. Rathore, Principal of the college here in a press conference.
Speaking on the occasion, she said that this seminar would be sponsored by UGC and we received eighty thousand rupees for organizing such type of activity. She discloses that various dignitaries from National level, State, Former Vice-Chancellors, Professors from University of Jammu, New Delhi, HP, Jallandhar, Rohtak, etc. will participate and discussed various issues regarding higher education among women, scope in IT for economic empowerment of women, rural women and higher education, etc. There will be paper presentation from all colleges of Jammu Province and by the observation; these papers will be submitted to UGC and various universities for relevant solution.
