| HBKCT pays homage to Haji Buland Khan | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 6:
Haji Buland Khan Charitable Trust (HBKCT), Jammu and Kashmir today paid homage to Haji Buland Khan, the former Vice-chairman, J&K State Gujjar Barkerwal State Advisory Board in a function organized on his 4th death anniversary.
The function was organized by Chairman and general secretary of the trust Anwar Choudhary and Engineer Roshan Din Chowdhary respectively.
The function was presided over by Masood Ahmed Chowdhary former Additional DGP and Ex-Vice Chancellor of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University and Bal Raj Puri, Human Rights activist was chief guest on the occasion.
Chowdhary, Shakeel Ahmad Choudhary Advocate, Khalid Mustafa Bhatti Advocate, Hussan Parwaz. Senior Congress Leader Ghulam Rasool Thekadar, Zubair Bajad, Engineer Shah Mohd, Engineer Ghulam Rasool and number of known Gujjar personalities also paid tributes to the Late Leader.
On this occasion some meritorious and financially deserving students were given financial aid from the account of Charitable Trust established in memory of Late Haji Buland Khan. The speakers on this occasion lauded the role of Late Haji Buland Khan for ameliorating the plight of not only Gujjars but also of other deprived sections of people. The Trust has resolved to open its branches in every district of the State.
