Adbi Kunj holds meet on Shahidi-Diwas

Jammu, June 7: Adbi Kunj on the occasion of Shahidi-Diwas of the Fith Guru of Sikh Nation Guru – Arjan Dev and World Environment Day held a very special literary and Cultural Meet, today at its literary centre in New Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School, Talab Tillo, Jammu. A large numbers of literary figures and devotees, were participated in this special meet, the meet was presided by a well known, writer and freedom fighter Muni Lal Puri, while an other well known Urdu, Gojri and Pahari poet Suresh Rahi from “ZEWON” Srinagar (Kashmir) was the Chief Guest of the meet, where as Ved Upal organizer of the organization, was conducted the meet.
In his opening address Sham Talib President of the organization threw detailed light on the various aspects of these occasions. In the 1st round up, Talib and many other speakers, described the importance of these occasions and paid their tributes to Guru Arjan Dev. The speakers also described importance of environment day celebration. They also gave a message to create awareness for environment.
The other poets of the session were, included Suresh Rahi Muni Lal Puri – Malik Singh Wafa, Sanjeev Kumar, Ved Upal, M.S. Kamra, Rajeev Kumar, Com. Jaswant Singh, Smt. Santosh Nadan, Smt. Resham Kour and Sham Talib. Beside this KALAM received by mobile Dr. Ram Pal Sharma, Rakesh Sarkar, Benazir Iqbal and Sagar Sialkoti. In the meet, Suresh Rahi, was informed that another branch of Adbi Kunj J&K Jammu is open in Zewan, in Srinagar, Kashmir.
The meet came to end with the vote of thanks, presented by Com. Jaswant Singh, Chief Organizer of the organization.
