| Restrictions imposed around Vaishno Devi Mandir Langerial | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, JUNE 08 Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Kathua, Dr Vikas Gupta in exercise of powers vested upon him under section 144 Cr P C has ordered that 300 meters area around the Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir Langerial, Dayalachak will be dry area and drinking of alcohol except in the bar room of dak-bungalow, eating of meat, use of tobacco and narcotic drugs, performing of funeral rites except in the cremation ground and parking of vehicles in and around on mandir premises is prohibited.
Anybody violating the order shall be prosecuted under section 188 of the Ranbir Panel Code.
This order shall remain in force for a period of two months. |
