| Harsh chairs Privilege Committee meeting | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, JUNE 08 –An introductory meeting of Privilege Committee of Legislative Assembly wad held under the Chairmanship of MLA Mr Haresh Dev Singh here today.
Threadbare discussion was held on the working of the committee following which the concerned officers of Assembly Secretariat were directed to seek documents from union parliament secretariat about its privilege committee.
Legislators, Dr. Mustafa Kamal, Mr. Mohammad Yaseen Shah, Mr. Javeed Mustafa Mir and Mr. Krishan Chander gave their valuable suggestions with regard to the improvement in the working of the Committee in line with democratic conventions and assigned role of legislature.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Secretary, Assembly Mr. B. A. Wani besides other concerned officers of Assembly Secretariat.
