EARLY TIMES REPORT
darhal (rajouri), June 9: A private Higher Secondary school of Rajouri has reportedly digested examination fee of at least 45 students of 12th and 10th Private students which resulted in denial of permission to these students to sit in the examination.
Sources said that some candidates belonging to National Institute of Education Higher Secondary School Darhal, in Rajouri district who had deposited their fee in the school for appearing as private candidate in 10th Board examination going on these days were denied to sit in the examination because their examination forms were not reached to the Board. These students missed the chance and they have lost atleast 6 months to again appear in the examination.
The candidates of this school were verbally informed by the school authorities to reach the examination centre however when the students reached there, they were not allowed to enter in the examination hall. When these students asked the reason, they were told that their form has not been submitted and they have not been allotted any roll number.
Following the response from examination hall, the students approached the school but school authorities also did not reportedly respond them.
Annoyed with the attitude of the School, parents of the candidates have also approached Police Station Darhal complaining against the school. They alleged that School has digested their examination fee and have not forwarded the examination form. They alleged that the school is also known for this cheating in the past. "My daughter Umeh Habiba was not allowed to sit in the examination because NIE Higher Secondary School Darhal authorities had not forwarded her examination form", Shamas-ul Haq a parent told Early Times adding that he had paid a huge fee of Rs 5000 for the same which has perhaps been digested by the school. "Who is responsible for 6 month loss of time of my daughter", he added.

"I have deposited Rs 5000 fee to NIE School but the school has cheated us because they have not forwarded the examination form", he alleged.
The annoyed parents said that they have also approached Board authorities and police for taking action against the School. "We have approached police and Board officials for taking action against NIE School as they have cheated our wards", Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din said adding that there are lot of complaints against this school in the past also when the school of the students goes untraced.
