| Smuggler held with charas at Ramban | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 10:
A smuggler was arrested and nearly three kilogram of charas recovered from his possession on Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Ramban district, police said here today.
On specific information, police last evening arrested Mohammad Shakeel near Kantha Morh on the national highway in Ramban district and recovered nearly three kilograms of charas from his possession, police said.
A case has been registered against Shakeel under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, police added.
