Jammu, June 11: Has anybody wondered why some people reach the top level of success in very short span of time? “Because they have a deep & practical understanding of Career & Personality Development” said Ujjwal Gupta, Centre Director, i360 Jammu Centre. i360 Staffing & Training Solutions Pvt. Ltd. recently organized a 6 days free workshop on “Career & Personality Development” at their centre which witnessed the total footfall of more than 50 attendees.
The workshop focused on some of the key elements - personality assessment, motivation, effective time management, interpersonal skills, effective communication & interview skills which proved very beneficial for the students who aspire to be a great professional in their career.
According to Gupta, “In today's competitive world, it’s not just enough to have a good degree to get a good & secure job. Nowadays companies require professionals those are experts in time management, effective communication and interpersonal skills to tackle the problems that come across in day to day operations.
Some individuals have the fear of facing the interviews & thus providing the confidence & interview handling techniques to them was our main motto at the workshop.”
“The workshop was very interactive & very fruitful for me. I learned various small points from the workshop which plays a very vital role in the career path. Overall it was a great learning experience for me & I hope such types of workshops are organized at regular intervals” said Avneet, a student who attended the workshop.
