| Bharat Choudhary joins PDP | | | Early Times Report
SRINAGAR, June 11: Impressed by the policies and programmes of the party, eminent social activist and businessman of Jammu, Bharat Choudhary joined Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Son of eminent business man Vijay Mahajan and grandson of Ram Chand Mahajan, Bharat Choudhary is a highly qualified youth who studied abroad in prestigious institutes and is a successful entrepreneur.
Senior PDP leader Ashok Jogi convinced him to join PDP. Bharat Choudhary joined PDP in the presence of former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and PDP president Mehbooba Mufti.
While joining PDP, Choudhary said that he is impressed by the policies and programees of the PDP. He said that Mufti Mohammad Sayeed as Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir has set an example of good governance.
Welcoming Choudhary in the party, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said that joining of large number of youth in the party is a clear indication that PDP has been emerged as premier political force of the State.
