| Simblia turns approver; indicts Nagar, Wazir, Ajab | | Statement brings FSL Ahemdabad report under cloud | | Sumit Sharma

JAMMU, June 11: As reported earlier, Rajinder Singh alias Raju Simblia today turned approver and reorded his statement in the court against former National Conference MLC Tirlochan Singh Wazir, his brother Ajab Singh and Nagar Singh for their alleged role in the infamous chopra family murder case.
Simblia's statement before court indicates alleged role of Ajab Singh,ex MLC Trilochan Singh Wazir, Nagar Singh and others ineliminating Raju Chopra and his family members but, if the sources are to be believed, Raju was the same man who was given clean chit by FSL,Ahmedabad, Gujrat after conducting brain mapping test, polygraph and narco test. The statement indicated that either FSL Ahmdabad has nocredibility or Raju was giving misleading statement. Sources said that his narco test was conducted in October 2006 by the then SIT team. Besides his, Ajab Singh, was also taken for the narco test to FSL Ahmdabad, but FSL men refused for going through the same quoting his unhealthy condition. Ajab was later taken to FSL Banglore.
Today Judicial Magistrate recorded the statement of Rajinder Singh alias Raju Simblia under section 164-A CrPC. In his statement he submitted that he is a transporter and in connection with his job, he has to go Railway Station Jammu where Harminder Pal Singh, Raju Chopra, Kuldeep Singh, Nirmal Singh alias Bubby, Anoop Singh, Ajab Singh were doing the business of loading/unloading of cement. Two persons were taking Rs 20,000 per month. After sometime in loading-unloading work they were in loss, those people who took monthly, their payment was stopped. There was a party in which Nirmal Singh alias Babby and Raju Chopra were present. During the party there are some discussion in which Nirmal Singh alias Babby told Raju Chopra that Ajab Singh, though his friend, had hired his nephew to commit yours murder.
In the statement Simblia further said that in the month of August 2006 Ajab Singh asked him on Telephone that he contacts Trilochan Singh Wazir at his house Gandhi Nagar. According to his statement when he reached the house of TS Wazir, he saw Nagar Singh, AJab Singh, Surinder Singh alias Kala and one person whose name he did not know, the Ajab Singh said that work of loading/unloading of cement has finished and said apprehend that Chopra was also not entered in the FCI work, Upon this Nagar Singh said that if Chopra will entered in the FCI, I have Sanju who will set right him. In the house of TS Wazir whose name he did not know asked that money is required for that work and he will set-right the every thing. During this discussion Raju Simblia gone to the bathroom and when he came from bathroom, he saw Surinder Singh alias Kala has left from the room. He also leaves the house of TS Wazir. Earlier Surinder Singh alias Kala Transporter recorded his statement under section 164-A CrPC before the Judicial Magistrate in which he disclosed that in month of August 2006 Tirlochan Singh Wazir alias Tallo (Ex-MLC) asked him to meet him at his residence at Gandhi Nagar.
Surinder Singh disclosed that on next date he went to the house of Tirlochan Singh Wazir at that time four other persons were also there.
He identified them as Ajab Singh brother of Tirlochan Singh, Choudhary Nagar Singh, Sanjay Sharma and Raju Simblia. These peoples were discussing about the loading and unloading of cement and Ajab Singh said that Raju Bushan Chopra created problems for them for loading and unloading of cements. Upon this Trilochan Singh asked Nagar Singh if Chopra was creating problem in loading & unloading cement, even also Chopra created problem in FCI Work.
Trilochan Singh and others asked Sanjay Sharma to kill the Chopra and his whole family and asked money was no matter. Ajab Singh and Nagar Singh told that they would spend any amount but their names should not be disclosed any where. Surinder further alleged that he left the house of Trilochan Singh Wazir as there was serious conspiracy being hatched and after some days he came to know that RB Chopra, his wife, his daughter and two servants killed. |
