Elected representatives are bound for overall development: Chaman Lal | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, June 12: Prof Chaman Lal Gupta, MLA Jammu West Assembly Constituency inspected the road connecting Rehari Colony with Paloura. The construction work was sanctioned by MLA at an estimated cost of Rs 19 lacs. Prof Chaman Lal Gupta on the occasion also addressed the meeting at Ward No 38, Paloura. The residents of ward No 38 highlighted various being faced by them. The residents of the area demanded pond which is in deplorable condition in Paloura should be preserved and restored. They appealed the MLA to take up matter with the higher concerning authority and renovate this deplorable pond into lake which will give omen in entire locality. Speaking on the occasion, Professor Chaman Lal Gupta said that he is elected representative of Jammu west assembly constituency and is bound for overall development of his constituency. He further said that he has been working round the clock to ensure that the basic problems related to lanes, drains, street lights, regular cleanliness and uninterrupted supply of drinking water and electricity are solved and any individual living in any part of Jammu West constituency do not have to complain about any of these. The public meeting was organized by Ajay Manhas. Among others who were present on the occasion were Rakesh Gupta, B N Bhat, Ramesh Singh, H S Khosla, Amar Singh, Pardeep Singh, Rajesh Bali, Prashant Puri, Amit, Abhinandan, Divvijay Singh and others.
