As expected tournament favourite Sumit Grover continued his brilliant run by leading the points tally with 4 points followed by Arvindu and Ajit Singh both with 3.50 pts each as the 4 rounds were completed on the 2nd day of the ongoing J&K State Chess Championship being played at Luthra Building Talab Tillo Bohri here today. Sumit defeated Rajinder Singh in a keen contest. Rajinder Singh has now 3 points from 2 games along with Ritwan Sountra, Comrade Gohar, Dinesh Rajput, Pardeep Kumar and Ashwani Gupta as they also have 3 points from as many games.
