| 2-wkt win for PCC in Gufran T20 | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
DODA, June 13: Purvanchal Cricket Club (PCC) Uttrakhand today trounced Lucknow Cricket Club (LCC) by two wickets to advance in the ongoing All India 7th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship, organized by Young Star Cricket Club at Sports Stadium, here today.
Earlier, after winning the toss and batting first, LCC bowled out for a small total of 62 runs. Amit and Salman made 19 and 10 runs respectively. From PCC, Azad and Deepak claimed four and two wickets respectively.
In reply, PCC overhauled the opponent total in 16 overs with two wickets in hand. Love Chowdhary and Krishna were main scorers with 15 and 16 runs in their respective accounts. Santosh was most successful bowler from LCC with six wickets while Amit took two.
Later, Azad was adjudged as man of the match for his exceptional bowling.
