Court dismisses bail application of TSO | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, June-13 (JNF):- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu AK Koul dismissed the bail application of Sujjan Singh Chouhan then TSO Kishtwar who was granted interim bail with direction that he would cooperate with Investigating Agency by associating himself with IO for three days in a week between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The matter came-up on June 6, 2011 when it was stated by CPO Parshtom Sharma appearing for the VOJ that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigating agency. However, the concession of bail was extending to petitioner on same condition with the direction that he would cooperate with Investigating Agency. In the status report submitted by CPO, it has been submitted that despite direction of the Court, the petitioner has not cooperated with Investigating Agency and the petitioner has breached the conditions imposed on him. Special Judge Anticorruption while dismissing the bail application further observed that counsel for the petitioner could not justified the non-cooperation of petitioner with Investigating Agency and has breach of violating the terms of bail order. The petitioner does not deserve the concession which was extended to him by way of interim bail. The bail petition is dismissed and interim bail is extended to the petitioner is withdrawn.
