Reorganization of J&K and LoC crossing with passports is the only way out | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, June 13: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chairman, JKNPP and Member, NIC in a press conference in Srinagar (Kashmir) urged India and Pakistan should allow exchange of permanent residents of J&K (both sides) with passports of respective countries without visa. He said that Core Group of Intra J&K Heart to Heart Talks in their emergency meeting held in Dubai on 18 th & 19th May, 2011 had taken up this matter for discussion. Bhim Singh said that people like Ram Jethmalani who have been supporting Abdullah’s rule in J&K have been forced under the situation to confess that Omar Abdullah governance is no less authoritarian than Hitlerism. He said dissolution of the Assembly and fresh election is the only way out as the three major parties Congress, NC and BJP have lost the confidence of the people for one reason or the others. The Panthers Party Chief demanded General Amnesty of all political prisoners without delay and restoration of freedom of press which has been mutilated. He demanded that the private channels in Kashmir Valley should be given equal right at par with Jammu channels. Bhim Singh disclosed that next Intra J&K Heart to Heart Talks in Srinagar and Delhi in September, 2011. He expressed thanks the governments of India and Pakistan for issuing necessary documents and permission to participate in the talks. Bhim Singh said that J&K needs good governance, honest and dedicated to the cause of the people. Yakoob Dunoo has been appointed as Provincial Secretary. The Panthers Party leaders including Syed Rafiq Shah, MLC, Masood Andrabi, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Manzoor Naik, Mehmoob Illahi. Nearly 500 Panthers Party activists left for Sudhmahadev to participate in the 33 rd National Integration Camp organized by JKNPP.
