| Ishan, Abhishek enter Jr Billiards final | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 14: Ishan Choudhary and Abhishek Goswami today reached the final of junior snooker event in the 21st State Billiards and Snooker Championship underway at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here.
Now, both shall face each other in the title clash to be held on a later date. Earlier, in the semi-finals, played today, Ishan defeated Nitin Sharma 3-2 in best of five frames. In other semi-final, Abhishek trounced Kanav Manav rather easily in straight frames.
Meanwhile, the senior billiards event shall start tomorrow at the same venue.
The Detailed Results: Ishan Choudhary bt Nitin Sharma 3-2 (50-25, 48-50, 42-50, 50-39, 50-35); Abhishek Goswami bt Kanav Manav 3-0 (50-18, 50-08, 50-46).
