| Jaideep, Sohail among win in Sr Billiards | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 15: Title contenders, Sohail Khaild and Vishal Abrol among six cueists today qualified for the quarterfinals of the senior billiards event of the 21st State Billiards and Snooker Championship underway at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here under the banner of J&K Billiards and Snooker Association.
Except for Abhimanyu Arora, all other matches remained one-sided affair with winners making it a straight frames win. One of the matches ended in walkover with Himanshu Phaul awarded the game in the absence of Kuldeep Sharma.
Now, the quarterfinals shall take place tomorrow, followed by the semifinals scheduled for June 17 by the organizers.
