| Nirvana Academy organized free yoga camp for girls | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, June 15: Free yoga camp for girls was organized by Nirvana Academy at Sanjay Nagar Jammu.
The camp was intended to bring yoga awareness among the girls. National reputed yoga instructor Dr. Neelam Khajuria taught different postures (asanas) and advised the participants to continue practice.
Dr. Neelam Khajuria demonstrated her yoga techniques and delivered constant instructions from the stage. Participants were seen asking health queries to which Dr. Neelam responded, even suggesting Ayurvedic medicines to cure the same.
General Secretary Nirvana Academy, Meenakshi Sharma thanked the participants and presented a souvenir to Dr. Neelam Khajuria.
