| Dates extended for filling objections | | SGPC Electoral Rolls | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 16- Deputy Commissioner, Jammu has extended the date for filling claims and objections in the Sikh Gurdawara Prabandhak Committee(SGPC) Electoral Rolls up to June 23, 2011.
The draft Electoral Rolls have already been placed in the offices of the designated officers and respective Gurdawara for the area for public inspection during office hours.
These are Secretary Jammu Municipal Corporation- All Sikh voters of the area falling under 71-Gandhinagar, 72-Jammu East and 73-Jammu West Assembly constituencies, Tehsildar Jammu- All Sikh voters of the area falling under 70-Nagrota, 77 Marh and 78 Raipur Domana Assembly constituencies, Tehsildar Samba- All Sikh voters of the area falling under 68-Samba and 69-Vijaypur Assembly constituencies, Tehsildar Bishnah- All Sikh voter of the areas falling under 74-Bishnah Assembly Constituency, Tehsildar R. S. Pura- All Sikh voter of Tehsil R.S. Pura, Tehsildar Akhnoor- All Sikh voter of Tehsil Akhnoor and All Main Gurdawaras- Respected Area.
All eligible Sikh voters who qualify the age of 18 years as on 1.01.2011 and are permanent residents of J&K State, but do not exist in the draft electoral rolls or not correctly registered or there is objection with regard to the registration of any voter in the SGPC Electoral Rolls can file their claims and objections for addition, deletion or correction of names in the SGPC Electoral Rolls in the offices of the above mentioned officers on plain paper by or before 23rd June, 2011 positively. After the expiry of the said date no application will be entertained.
