Industrial Management least bothered about labourers: SOIL | | | Early Times Report
KATHUA, June 16: The Saviour Of Innocent Labour (SOIL) convened press conference and urged the state government to take concrete and constructive initiatives to save the lives of thousands of industrial labour in district Kathua.
While addressing the press conference the president of the SOIL Ram Paul Sharma said that the state government has already brought various steps for the welfare of state industrial labour but due to the negligence of the labour department the managements of the several industries are making mockery and violating the rules and norms to put the lives of labour into worse condition.
The industrial managements are least bothered about the labour and they exploit them by taking hard and overtime work against the very less wages. In this connection the SOIL urged the state government to frame result oriented policy to check the unnecessary harassment and democratic rights of the industrial labour in the district Kathua.
