Mickey reviews functioning of Kishtwar Hospital. | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Kishtwar June 20:- Deputy Chairman Legislative Council Jammu and Kashmir Sh. Arvind Singh Mickey today visited District Hospital Kishtwar and reviewed its functioning. Mr. Mickey was informed by the members of the civil society about the shortage of Doctors, Paramedical staff and supply of medicines to District Kishtwar. During his interaction with CMO Kishtwar Dr. Ajay Gupta and Medical Superintendent District Hospital Kishtwar various views were exchanged for smooth functioning of District Hospital. Mr. Mickey informed the officials that as per his previous commitments, one Ambulance out of his CDF will reach Kishtwar with in next one week. He also promised the hospital authorities for one Ventilator this year out of his CDF. He said that the main purpose of the coalition Government is to provide better health facilitates to the rural populace of the state. He also visit the newly constructed hospital building and assured the people that he will to up the matter regarding shortage of man in machinery with the state health minister Sham Lal Sharma and also with Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad. He hoped that both the ministers will come forward generously for bettering the health facility in Kishtwar District. He also took the notice of transfer of two local doctors of Kishtwar and directed Director Health to take immediate steps for transfer of both the doctors. CMO Kishtwar also handed over the lists of requirements, required for better functioning of District Hospital Kishtwar.
