| HC stays transfer policy of ReTs | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, June-20 (JNF):- The High Court today stayed transfer policy of RETs. In a petition filed by 14 ReT Justice Sunil Hali after hearing the parties issued notice to State of J&K through Commissioner/ Secretary Govt Education Dept, Director School Education Jammu and Chief Education Officer Udhampur returnable within four weeks. In the meanwhile order impugned February 15, 2011 shall remain stayed till next date of hearing.
The petitioners challenged the Govt order dated February 15, 2011 regarding the regarding the transfer policy of Rehbar-e-Taleem and Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme on regularized considered for transferred only after their promotion in the next grade which was challenged by the petitioners on the various grounds which was stayed by the State High Court.
