| CAPD dealer, driver held for black marketing of k-oil | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jun 20: In its continued drive against black marketing of Diesel/Kerosene oil, Ramban Police today apprehended two black marketers of kerosene oil from Magarkote Ramsoo area along with 45 liters of Kerosene oil.
Accused have been identified as Mohd Abdullah son of Ghulam Mohd Sohil resident of Chamalwas, Banihal and Jaspaul Singh son of Pritam Singh resident of R.S.Pura. Reports revealed that Police on a tip off, conducted raids at suspicious location and during checking, driver of a truck bearing Registration No. JK02S-957 was found purchasing kerosene oil from one CAPD dealer.
Both CAPD dealer namely Mohd Abdullah son of Ghulam Mohd Sohil resident of Chamalwas, Banihal and driver of truck namely Jaspaul Singh S/o Pritam Singh resident R.S.Pura, Jammu were arrested on the spot. A Case FIR No.112/2011 U/S 3/7 Essential Commodities Act stands registered at Police Station Banihal.
