| Soz visits rural areas in Kashmir, sanctions funds on-spot | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jun 20: Former Union Minister and President J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Prof. Saifuddin Soz accompanied by Minister of Revenue and Rehabilitation Raman Bhalla visited Yal, Nihalpora and Yatipora (Pattan) Kashmir today and inspected developmental works in these areas and addressed gatherings.
He also came across difficulties faced by the people. At Yal, Soz sanctioned funds from his MPLAD funds for installation of transformer and protection bunds. He also brought to the notice of concerned ministers difficulties faced by the people at Yal in respect of drinking water and food supplies.
At Nihalpora, Soz told the people that he would strongly support their demand for establishing a full fledged primary health centre. He also assured the people of Nihalpora that proper staff would be got posted for their Higher Secondary School which has reportedly no trained Graduate Teacher for 11th and 12th Class.
At Yatipora, Soz sanctioned funds for installation of transformer, provision of protection bund and proper fencing for the school. He also assured the people that a play ground there would be developed into a proper sports field. Raman Bhalla, while addressing these gatherings assured the people that their demands highlighted during this tour would be solved as there was no paucity of funds.
