| 3 day police remand for Foreman PDD | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, June-21 :- Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu AK Koul today granted three days police remand of Gulzari Lal Incharge Foreman PDD Janipur Jammu who was caught red-handed on June 20, 2011 while accepting Rs 8000 from the complainant for shifting electrical line crossing over the roof of his house.
The complainant Pawan Kumar submitted an application before the VOJ in which he submitted that the foreman of PDD Mr. Gulzari Lal demanded Rs 10,000 bribe for shifting the line crossing of over the roof of his house and settled Rs 8000/-. Upon this complaint VOJ constituted a trap team which laid trap and caught red-handed Gulzari Lal Foreman PDD while accepting Rs 8000/- as bribe from the complainant. JNF
