The J&K Bank seized all the assets of ‘Sun-Rise Milk Food Factory’ here today. Under court directions.
As per reports, two partners of the factory secured loan amounting to Rs 60 lakhs from J&K Bank in 2004. After some time partners depart with each other and did not return the amount, and the factory was closed down.
On court orders the senior officers of the bank seized the factory as loan amount had reached to about Rs. 75 la c.
