| Youth dies in motorcycle-matador collision | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SAMBA, June 22:
A motorcyclist crushed to death in a head on collision between a motorcycle and matador near Chichi Mata on Jammu-Kathua National Highway under the jurisdiction of Samba police station today.
The incident occurred when a matador bearing registration number JK02V-7853 struck with the motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AG-7023.The matador was on its way to Samba from Vijaypur while the motorcycle was coming from opposite direction.
In the incident the motorcyclist identified as Manoj Kumar son of Parmanand of Samba died on spot. After conducting postmortem, police handed over the body to the relatives for last rites.
A case in this connection has also been registered by Samba police.
