Jammu, June-22 (JNF):- In a petition filed by Ghulam Qadir Khan, his wife and son seeking quashment of FIR NO 52/2011 registered at P/S Bhaderwah u/s 306 RPC which was registered on the report lodged by the brother of deceased Rozy Begum who was drown in the neeru Nallah on March 30, 2011 while she washing clothes, her foot slipped and she got drowned as per petitioners.
Vacation Judge of Jammu& Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing Justice JP Singh after hearing Adv Anmol Sharma appearing for the petitioners issued notice to the Station House Officer, P/S Bhaderwah to produce the case dairies in FIR No 52/2011 registered u/s 306 RPC. JNF
