District Softball championship Jammu has began today at Government Higher Secondary school, Domana. As many as 13 teams including both boys and girls are participating in the two days long sports event. These teams include S.O.S, M.A. Stadium, Domana H.S.S, Sports club and Saffron club in girls section while Domana club, SOS, MA Stadium, Domana Migrant, Evergreen club, sports club, HSS Domana and Saffron sports in boys section.
Inaugurated by Vice President J&K Softball Association Mr. A.R.Shigan, the championship was declared open by Principal Higher secondary school Domana.
General Secretary, J&K Softball Association Mr. C.L.Bhat and Assistant Director, Youth Services and Sports Department S.S.Bali were also present on the occasion.
