| Soz leaves for New Delhi | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, June 23: Pradesh Congress Committee President, Prof Saif-ud-Din Soz, Thursday flew to New Delhi where he is expected to meet Prime Minister, Dr Manmohan Singh, and other senior Congress leaders.
Sources told KNS that Soz left for New Delhi to attend an emergency meeting. "The meeting assumes significance in wake of recent visit of Union Home Minister, P Chidambaram to the Valley. He (Soz) will discuss latest political situation in J&K and also the matters related to state Congress," they said. |
