| Omar discuses yatra arrangements with Guv | | | Srinagar, June 24: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Friday discussed various issues including arrangements for the ensuing Amarnath yatra with Governor N N Vohra.
In a 90-minute meet, the Governor and the Chief Minister had wide-ranging discussions on various important issues, particularly measures for speeding up socio-economic development programmes, the time-frame of various activities consequent to the conclusion of the Panchayat elections, fiscal management, Annual Plan implementation, security issues and the arrangements made for the ensuing Amarnath Yatra, an official spokesperson said.
“Omar called on the Governor at the Raj Bhavan,” he added.
