| New style dance competition held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, June 25: Nirvana Academy organised new style dance competition at Abhinav Theatre today. Thakur Suram Singh Chib was the chief guest on the occasion. Krishan Lal "Mast" and President Nirvana Academy Hitesh Badyal was the guest of honour.
More than 50 talented budding artists took part in the competition.
Programme started with the lighting of the traditional lamp followed by the saraswati vandana.
Dogri dance a guest performance was the main attraction of the programme. Competition included three main categories viz, kid, junior and senior.
Different dance styles of folk, western and Indian classical were performed on the stage by the participants.
Dance performances were choreographed by Shaku Sir and Manik Shah.
Programme was managed and designed by Youngster Dancing Institute.
Amit Dubey and Dogra ji adjudged the show.
Manik Shah on the occasion said that show is designed to provide platform to the budding artist of Jammu and Nirvana Academy will also organize these kinds of events in future.
Ajay was the anchor of the programme.
