| J-K govt spending Rs 31 cr on Bandipore projects | | | Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government has undertaken development work to the tune of Rs 31 crore in Bandipore constituency of the state.
During his visit to the constituency yesterday, area MLA and former minister Usman Majid said Rs 31 crore is being spent on various ongoing projects in the constituency.
He asked concerned agencies to speed up the work and complete it within the stipulated time.
Majid was informed that work on Datiwas and Moder Baginder water supply schemes was in full swing and will be completed next year at an estimated cost of Rs 11 crore.
Work on Bandipora Athoto road, Arin-Bandipora road, Curuwar-Arigam road and Klusia-Girdal road were also reviewed which have been taken in hand at an estimated cost of Rs 20 crore.
