| Bootlegger held near Katra | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATRA, June 26: A scooterist was apprehended by police at Numain
near here today while he was trying to smuggle illicit liquor.
Police stopped scooter (JK02M/3179) at Numain and recovered 60
pouches of illicit liquor from the possession of Mohammad Yousaf of
Talwara who was driving it.
He was then arrested and booked under relevant sections of law. His
scooter was also seized.
