| Mehraj-ul-Nabi conference held at BN College of Education | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, June 27: One day Mehraj-ul-Nabi (PBHH) conference was held at B N College of Education Sunjuwan under the banner of J&K Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference.
The conference was presided over by President J&K Seerat-un- Nabi Conference Er Haji Abdul Ghani Kohli and was attended by hundreds of people from Jammu province.
The eminent scholars stressed to follow the path shown by Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) and there seems to be no scope without this to have a brotherhood atmosphere in our country.
In this conference, the eminent scholars who participated included Hazrat Alama Maulana Mohd Qasim Ashraf Ashrafi Al Jeelani Kachachasharief India, who has toured more than fifty countries abroad and besides Hazrat Maulana Alama Mohd Hasnim Kanpun (Secretary-India Muslim personal Law Board INDIA).
The scholars spoke at length and pinpointed the worst deeds which are spread in all spheres of life, whether it is social, political or economical. The remedial measures need to be taken by acting on principles as per Holly Quran and Shariat. These two main guide lines were shown by Prophet-Mohammad (P.B.U.H) and primarily the Prophet also acted himself accordingly.
Hazrat Maulana Qasim spoke in regards to the rights of parents and the rights as per Holly Book from the Almighty God. One has to act as shown to create a homogeneous atmosphere of Brotherhood among ail communities of India in particular.
Hazrat Maulana Hasham stressed upon the audience that more you will away from Prophet Doctrine, the more you will be attracted for worst deeds. The duty of programme co-coordinator was performed by Maulana Zakir Hussain in a very affective way. He has worked a lot to make this Conference a success.
At the end, the President of the Conference Abdul Ghani Kohli stressed the need to help needy person and behave with everybody in a nice manner and this is a pre-condition for ‘Eman’ of Muslims and brotherhood among all communities of the country. He thanked whole heartedly the scholars who had participated from far off distance like Poonch and Rajouri.
Among others who were present in the conference were Maulana Zakir Hussain, Maulana Gulam Ahmed Khawaja, Hazfi Mohd Sabir, Maulana Mushtaq Ahmed Naoshbandy, Maulana Nazir Ahmed Qadri, Maulana Gulam Hussain, Maulana Ajaz Din, Qari Abid Hussain and Choudhary Noor Ahmed.
