Hizbul Mujahideen suffered a great set back today when one of its top- ranking militant surrendered before Police at Banihal of Ramban district along with arms and ammunition.
According to a police handout Manzoor Khan @ Bilal son of Afzal Khan resident of Gund Banihal, an active hardcore militant of HM outfit today surrendered before Police and 17 RR at Tanka Banihal along with one AK 47 rifle, three AK Magazines, 90 AK rounds, one Pouch, one Binocular, one Mobile, one radio set, one grenade, dairy, mobile charger and a mirror.
