| Anti-Tobacco squad raids Civil Sectt | | |

SRINAGAR, June 29:
Anti tobacco squad raided various Government offices here including the Civil Secretariat Building today and caught 14 officials smoking in their offices and a fine of Rs 1,650 was recovered from them.
The offices raided include Old Secretariat, Government Medical College and Civil Secretariat. The Officials caught smoking include: Chaman Lal (Accountant Finance Deptt), Mohammed Maqbool (Orderly with Commissioner General Administrative Deptt), Altaf Husain Wani (Orderly with Commissioner Labour & Employment), Abdul Gani (Orderly with Additional Secretary Education), Munir Ahmed (Orderly with Commissioner Law Deptt), Mohd Rafiq (Orderly with Commissioner Ladakh Affairs), Shabir Ahmed (Excise Inspector), Ghulam Mohammed (Guard Excise Deptt) and SK Kaul (I/c Transport GMC Srinagar).
