| Petition filed to appoint SAC chairperson, members | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 29: A petition has been filed in the court, seeking
appointment of chairperson and members of the state accountability
commission (SAC) to make it functional.
The petition was filed by one Virender Sudan whose complaint was
pending before SAC.
It was prayed to direct the state through chief secretary and chief
minister in his capacity as chairman of the committee for the
appointment of SAC chairperson and members to restore its
functioning.
