Unemployed PETs on hunger strike

POONCH, NOV 24
The second batch of unemployed trained Physical Education Teachers ( PETs) of the district today sat on hunger strike for 72 hours and pledged to continue their peaceful mission till all the 200 youths are absorbed in government service under Rebhar-i-Khel programme.
They said absorbing under Rebhar-i-Khel programme in time would save them for being overaged. The hunger strikers also threatened to go fast unto death if their demands are not met soon. Among the batch three girls are also on hunger strike. The people of the area are supporting them and urged upon the government to do the needful and save precious lives of unemployed youth.
