| Summer Camp concludes at Desh Bhagat College of Education | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 30: Desh Bhagat College of Education organised a 25 day Summer Training Camp under the patronage of college Principal Dr Surjeet Patheja.
The students who attended this camp were given intensive training in Spoken English, Painting, Dancing, Singing, Flower Making, Computer Training, Sports and Personality Development. 35 Students participated in this camp.
Speaking on the occasion of the Valedictory Function of the camp, Chairman of Desh Bhagat Group of Institute, Dr Zora Singh asserted that Desh Bhagat Group was committed to the spread of Education and for this purpose, it organizing free coaching classes, training campus and career counselling seminars etc. Wishing the students who had attended the camp a bright future, Dr. Singh said that children are the foundation of the nation and it is our sacred duty to work for their development.
Dr Surjeet Patheja, Principal of Desh Bhagat College of Education, welcomed the guests present on the occasion. She said that such camps will be organised every year and efforts will be made to include maximum number of children in these camps. The aim of these camps will be to develop the various skills among the participants to prepare them for their future careers. The participants of the camp were taken to historical places like the Aam Khas Bagh and the holy Gurudwaras.
