JAMMU, NOV 24
A condolence meeting of Congress workers was held at PCC headquarter here today to condole the death of Badrinath Sharma father of MLC Ashok Sharma, who passed away at Panja in Rajouri district.
The Education Minister, Peerzada Mohd Sayeed chaired the meeting.
The meeting paid tributes to late Badrinath Sharma and described him a soft spoken person who remained honest throughout his life. He tirelessly worked for down-trodden people of the area. Members also prayed to Almighty to grant peace to departed soul and give courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
Among those attended were Pradhuman Singh, Arvinder Singh Miky,Farida Mir, Lal Mohd Sabir, Amrit Malhotra, MLCs, GM Mir Poonchi, R.S.Chib, vice presidents PCC, Dharam Paul Sharma, Hari Singh, Balbir Singh, Indu pawar, Shiv Dev Singh, Rani Gargi Balowira, Shabir Ahmed Khan, Zaffar ullah,Moti Lal Koul, CL Bhat and Sahah Mohd.
