| Diamond Jubilee of AIIEA celebrated | | |

JAMMU, July 1: All India Insurance Association is completing 60 years of its journey which passed through very tough challenges, hard struggles and sweet successes.
NZIEA Srinagar division which is affiliated to All India insurance employees Association celebrated diamond Jubilee of AIIEA through the whole state of J&K.
At valley, the programme was led by Com. A M Tantray and Com.H U.Koul. On this occasion, a function was held at D.O cell Jammu where all the members of the organization were present apart from all classes of employees of LIC of India, agents, and most importantly our esteemed policy holders.
Flag of AIIEA was hoisted by Com. Pawan Gupta, and said that it was 5 years struggle of AIIEA (1951-1956) that compelled the then Government to nationalize Life Insurance Business by consolidating 243 private companies in 1956 and as a result LIC of India came into existence on September 1, 1956.
AIIEA has given tough resistance to the draconian insurance amendment bills proposed by the parliament in the post and in future too, it will fight tooth and nail against those proposed bills, which are very dangerous for our industry, for our policy holders and for our country.
