| Plus 2 Lecturers’ Forum express gratitude over regularization of Headmasters , ZEO’s | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, July 4: All J&K Plus 2 Lecturers’ Forum has expressed its gratitude to the Minister for Education Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed for regularization of Head Masters , ZEO’s , Principals and other higher officers in the School Education Department.
The form’s Central House of Representatives which met at Jammu under the chairmanship of H D Qureshi, its president congratulated the teachers’ fraternity for achieving the goal of regularization with their constant struggle after a gap of 15 years.
The house highly appreciated the sincere efforts of Naseem Lankar ( IAS) Commissioner / Secretary to School Education Department for getting clearance of regularization in favour of Headmasters, Zonal Education Officers, principals and higher officers in the
department.
The house strongly advocated for accelerating the process of regularization in favour of lecturers who are worst sufferer and awaiting the confirmation since 1998 onwards in different disciplines.
H.D Qureshi the president of the Forum while speaking on the occasion termed the decision as the victory of Teacher fraternity and expressed his determination that the menance of Inchargism will be completely eradicated from the Department with the regularization of all Incharge incumbents at an earliest.
Qureshi expressed his full faith on the sincere efforts of Minister for Education and commissioner Education for “Regularization, Running Pattern”, Re- organization of the Department with upgradation of Hr. Sec schools as “Intermediate Colleges”
B.D Sharma chief spokes person of the forum released the details of proceedings to the press.
Others who spokes on the occasion include Charan Dass and Manmeet Bali both Vice president, N.S Jamwal General Secretary, Ashwani Sharma Chief Organizer,, B.D Sharma District President Jammu besides Imtiaz Kazmi and Uttar Kumar both District Presidents of Poonch and Kathua.
